Every year in July, the River Inn becomes the Mississippi – and Innsbruck embraces the lifestyle of the southern United States. The Capital of the Alps is filled with the rhythm of jazz and summer hits a new high as stars from the New Orleans music scene express their southern passion and way of life through song – drawing the night into their groove. Innsbruck and New Orleans become one: live concerts are performed across various venues and local musicians play too – creating a wonderful blend of New Orleans jazz, rhythm & blues and zydeco.
