Comfortable guest room in a shared apartment building. The accommodation offers you a double room and is located on the ground floor. The private room has its own bathroom with shower & WC.

A beautiful wooden house in modern architecture with direct access to the panoramic path to Axams, and paths through the forest to the Götzner Alm (1.5 hour hike) and Mutterer Alm (1.5 hour hike). In winter and summer, the Nockspitzbahn cable car goes directly behind the house (2 minutes) to the Mutterer Alm. There you can go mountain biking in summer (various routes) or mountain carting at the Bikepark Innsbruck and of course skiing in winter. The Axamer Lizum ski area is only 15 minutes away by car or bus. Various buses run every half hour from Götzens to Innsbruck (30 minutes to the main train station). In winter, when the Axamer Lizum cable cars are in operation, there are free buses (15 min). The bus stop is only 7 minutes walk from the house. Parking is available directly at the house.

In Götzens there are two supermarkets (Spar and Mpreis) and two bakeries (Bucher and Ruetz). Everything is within walking distance.
