Are you looking for a few quick laps one evening or a long tour through the alpine countryside? In the Innsbruck region, you can choose from a selection of almost 40 varied cross-country ski trails. We’re happy to give you some tips.

  • Rinn - Loipe

    The scenic “Panorama” trail in Rinn definitely lives up to its name and has several different sections with varying levels of difficulty.
  • Langlaufen in Lüsens
    Icon Cross-country skiing
    Short but challenging – the waterfall trail is suitable for keen skaters. It is one of seven trails in the Praxmar-Lüsens cross-country skiing area.
  • Langlaufen Mieminger Plateau

    This trail on the Mieming Plateau covers about 13 kilometres and is prepared for classic cross-country skiing. Your efforts are rewarded with stunning backdrops.
  • Langlaufen in Lüsens

    Attention night owls: the circular cross-country ski trail in the village of Gries in the Sellrain Valley can be used after dark. The trail is lit until 10 pm.
  • Langlaufen im Kühtai

    The “Bilgeri” cross-country ski trail at the Längental reservoir is an easy circuit without any significant inclines, making it ideal for leisurely cross-country skiers.
