Cómo llegar
La pista de trineo en Rangger Köpfl es una de las más largas de la región Innsbruck con unos diez quilómetros y consta de tres tramos. Gran parte de la subida al punto de salida se puede hacer con la telecabina, hasta la estación intermedia a Stiglreith o hasta Sulzstich. El último 1,4 quilómetro hasta el refugio Rosskoglhütte hay que subirlo a pie. Otra posibilidad es empezar la bajada en trineo desde la estación Sulzstich.
Quienes quieren alargar el descenso pueden subir unos 30 minutos a pie hasta el acogedor refugio Rosskogelhütte. Este último tramo no tiene iluminación y se requiere una linterna frontal para la subida y la bajada.
Trineo nocturno cada martes y viernes, si hay buenas condiciones de nieve. Una experiencia inolvidable y muy divertida. Servicio de telecabina de 18.30 a 21.30 h (la telecabina II abierta solamente hasta las 21 h). La iluminación nocturna es operativa hasta medianoche.
Los tres tramos de la pista de trineo:
Estación inferior - Stiglreith: con la telecabina I de 8 plazas desde la estación inferior a Stiglreith. Posibilidad de comer y beber en el restaurante panorámico. A partir de este punto, posibilidad de bajar 4,7 quilómetros de la pista hasta el valle o continuar subiendo con la telecabina II hasta Sulzstich.
Sulzstich – Stiglreith: otros dos quilómetros de ascenso con la telecabina II para una bajada al valle de casi siete quilómetros.
Sulzstich - refugio Rosskogelhütte: el último tramo desde el restaurante Sulzstich al acogedor refugio Rosskogelhütte se tiene que hacer a pie. Desde la estación superior de la telecabina II hasta el refugio (1,7 km) hay que calcular unos 50 minutos. Este tramo no tiene iluminación nocturna y se recomienda el uso de una linterna frontal. Desde el refugio, la bajada por la pista de trineo hasta el valle tiene una distancia de ocho quilómetros.
