Red Bull 400
A distance of 400 metres, a difference in altitude of around 130 metres and brutal gradients of up to 75 percent, all as quickly as possible - the Red Bull 400 is the ultimate test of strength, endurance and fighting spirit. Cheered on by hundreds of spectators, the participants climb the Bergisel ski jump, where the world's best ski jumpers usually fly down. After the starting shot, the competitors make their way from the outrun up the extremely steep landing slope, the stem, the take-off and finally the inrun track. In the steepest part, the course reaches a gradient of up to 75 per cent - and you can believe us: even the best of the best fight for every step and every metre here.
